If an insured event occurs, the insurer (phone +41 22 939 22 11) must be contacted without delay and its consent obtained for any measures to be taken and any assumption of costs for such measures. The emergency call centre is available around the clock.
Send the following documents as soon as possible to help@europassistance.ch:
- Proof that at least 50% of the cost of the trip was paid for with one or more valid Viseca company credit cards (copy of monthly statement)
- Booking confirmation
- Confirmation of cancellation/re-booking
- Proof of the insured event (e.g. detailed medical report with diagnosis)
