In the event of a claim, you are obliged to limit the damage or loss as much as possible. Please contact your tour operator immediately to cancel the trip. In case of illness, consult a physician and request a detailed medical report.
Report the claim electronically and upload the following documents:
- Proof that at least 50% of the cost of the trip was paid for with one or more valid Viseca company credit cards (copy of monthly statement)
- Booking confirmation
- Statement of cancellation costs
- Proof of the insured event (e.g. detailed medical report with diagnosis)
